Nice shopping and eatery area. Wonderful area to walk around and enjoy the view on a nice day. Parking can be hectic, but very conveniently located if you have time to make a pit stop to or from the Naha airport.

Simply loves this place. Perfect for a lazy afternoon to stroll down the various terrace, looking through boutique apparels and trinkets intertwined with restaurants, coffee joints and bars. Get a drink, enjoy the sea view, watching the airplanes take off and land at the Naha Airport across the water or just simply stroll down the waterfront. Great place to chill :)

Quaint and nice place in Okinawa with a lot of restaurants. Good for hanging out and meals at night.

A must visit of Okinawa own little Greece town where there are nice restaurants, eateries and shops to eat and shop.

Great place for plane-spotting. You can catch military and civilian aircraft landing and taking off. Heck, you'd be near enough to get high on jet fumes.

Sunset was beautiful! Stopped here while on the Mario Kart event and grab pictures on the beach, drinks from the cafe and taco rice from one of the 30 restaurants. Planes flying over head, and beautiful sea front view. I will be back! One of the more popular Cafe's is 'The Happy Pancakes' I did not go but will next time.

We enjoyed our visit greatly but I would recommend either the morning or the afternoon during the month of July. It gets very hot out there.The stores were nice and there was some variety. The grass at the ground level had a wonderful view, as did the terraces themselves. There is a shuttle from Akamine station which leaves very regularly for free to transport to and from the Terraces but it has limited seating (up to 24). I would recommend a visit here. It was very pretty and we had a good time.

many small restaurants .i went there around 8pm .quiet and nice scenery and very windy .Worth visiting

The shops were designed to lined up as terrace steps. Airport runway is nearby so it's a great place to chill and watch the planes.

You can watch the planes land and take off here. Good view. Surprisingly, military planes are also sharing the same airstrip as commercial planes.

A very relaxing place to visit, have so many restaurants and souvenirs store. The view is good and near to the airport, easy excess.

Super relaxing and nice atmosphere! It is facing to the sea and you can take many nice photo. Many restaurants and shops and you can see the flights as well. There is open parking area free of charge and it is quite big. You can usually wait a bit for a car parking. The most famous pancake shop is always full of people.

This place is so pretty and there are so many restaurants with lots of people lol. We didn't want to wait that long but the food looks amazing! We need to spend more time here next time!

It's what you'd expect of a tourist attraction. Try going there in a super hero costume. It'll brighten everyone's day.

It's a newly developed zone of restaurants and little shops. The little fish restaurant in the down floor is really good because they use the fresh tuna fish without frozen. They make this wasabi oil and it takes only 3 drops in the whole fish dish to taste delicious. I bought 3 bottles after the meal. Then there's super popular pancake place up stair at the top floor. It was Sunday and I waited 20 minutes to be seated. So it is not too exaggerating foreigner friendly.

Umikaji Terrace is like a little village with many little shops/restaurants, it is recommended to come to here when the weather is nice since there are still many outdoor parts.In front of Umikaji Terrace is a beach with wonderful ocean view in the so called “Okinawa blue”.

Really beautifully situated along the water with a bunch of places to eat and shop. With also a very weird view ... of the Naha airport. You can watch planes take off and land.

The view is nice but bring a Subway sandwich or a Bento, the food is overpriced and the portions are small. Fair enough spend ¥2000-\4000for lunch, but still walk away hungry??? What a waist of space and time. There are many cafes and restaurants in Okinawa with an ocean view where you can get value for your money, but not here it's just a rip off!! Quickly here still has the same price as all their other stores so the pricing for everything else doesn't make sense. Never going back unless it's for a picknic

Very beautiful place to walk around & enjoy a meal or tea by the seal. Not suitable to visit on rainy days as wind is very strong. Umbrellas will be blown away.

This is a very relaxing spot by the beach you could walk alongside the beach and feel the water. We came during off hours so into crowded at all. Can be a quiet and chill place to relax.
